Today on Kitchen Luxury we are reviewing the HexClad Hybrid Wok. We’ve covered woks on this site before, but it’s always nice to review a product as opposed to writing more generically. Be sure to check out their site, as they are offering big Mother’s Day discounts!

Before we dive into functionality, I want to once again praise HexClad on their brand identity. They are the best cookware brand when it comes to having a unique design & using social media effectively.

The first thing that stood out to me when I opened the box is the depth of the wok. It is a balance between a pot and pan. Not only is this wok versatile in terms of the dishes you can make (stir-fry, pasta, soups, and even deep frying), but also the ways in which you can use it. Oven safe, nonstick, and fine for stovetops.

One feature that I really appreciate about HexClad products is the stay-cool handle. Oftentimes with stainless steel the handles will burn. It’s annoying when you have to wear oven mitts to take something off of the stovetop, or risk injury.
